Discussion Questions for 2 March 2024 “How to be a GOAT”

  1. Who in the world do you consider “great”? Why?
  2. Read Matthew 20:20-28. How does Jesus define greatness?
  3. Who else besides Jesus exemplifies greatness in the Bible?
  4. When/where is it hard to have the mind of Christ? (cf Phil 2).
  5. When could it be rewarding to have the mindset of Christ?
  6. What “goals” have you had about being “great” and how could they be re-constructed according to the mindset of Christ?
