These questions are a starting point to help spark discussion that digs deeper into today’s topic – feel free to adapt or add additional questions of your own.

1. Psalm 90:12 [click to read online] says, “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” How does this verse challenge or encourage how you think about time, priorities and what really matters?

2. Reflecting on your personal prayer life, what do you notice about what you usually bring to God? What might that reveal about your relationship with Him right now?

3. In 1 Corinthians 13:12 [click to read online], Paul says our experience of God now is only a glimpse. How does that perspective shape the way you think about waiting, suffering or unmet prayers?

4. What does it look like in your everyday life to stay awake and attentive to God without becoming anxious or overwhelmed?

5. What is one small, realistic thing you’d like to commit to this coming week to create more space for intimacy with God?
