These questions are here to stimulate dialogue about today’s topic – feel free to skip around or discuss items not listed below.
- What was most memorable for you from the sermon (whether you liked or disliked it)?
- “If God does not exist, life is ultimately meaningless.” William Lane Craig. How do you feel about this statement?
- How might a Christ-centered worldview shape someone currently engaged in advocacy for issues like racism, sexuality, environmental justice, or peace? Could it bring any meaningful change to their approach or impact?
- How can the story of a Creator, a loving Saviour, heal the division between people?
- Read Ephesians 5:1-14. What does our community need to awake to? What might you personally need an awakening to?
- Jesus said “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few” (Matt 9:37). Do you think that’s still true today? How can we respond to this reality? What might it look like to be a “worker” in today’s world, and how can we encourage more people to take up this calling?
Thank you for coming today and contributing to our discussion!
